Local e-Letter submission is mandatory by HU contact/representative

Starting an official registration/notification/variation issue from local e-Portal (Cégkapu) an official letter submission is needed by local HU contact of MA Holders. Only companies established in Hungary or local experts can have access to the company gate (Cégkapu).

To start registration and other processes, it is necessary to submit the authorization letter of the local contact. After application of processes all repsonse letters and decisions sent by the authority are received by the local contact via Cégkapu.
